Attention Kmart Shoppers: Final Jersey Location Shutting Down In Westwood It's soon going to be the end of an era in New Jersey. Kmart is closing its final location in the Garden State on Sept. 30, a source confirmed to Daily Voice. The Westwood Kmart, which was one of the last three standing Kmarts in the country, has signs proclaiming that everything must go. At its peak in the 1990s, Kmart has upwards of 2,400 stores and 350,000 employees throughout the US. Fans looking to get their Kmart fix will have to travel to either Long Island or Miami.

Lotto Ticket Sold In Garfield Wins $10K While no one won the big $1 billion Mega Millions jackpot on Tuesday, August 1, not everyone left emptyhanded. Two tickets sold in Bergen County and one ticket sold in Hudson County matched four of the white balls and the Gold Mega Ball, netting the lucky winners $10,000.  The tickets were sold at U&B Mini Market in Garfield, a 7-Eleven in Teaneck and TE-AMO in Secaucus.  The winning numbers for the Tuesday, August 1, drawing were: 08, 24, 30, 45, and 61.
