According to Page Six, "Megyn Kelly Today," which airs at 9 a.m., has seen its ratings drop 32 percent compared to a year ago. Ratings have also fallen for "Kathie Lee and Hoda," which follows "Megyn Kelly Today." Peekskill Teen Drove Drunk On Route 6, Police Say A 19-year-old man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 6 and East Main Street Sunday. Hector Torres, 19,  of Peekskill was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more, a misdemeanor.  Police observed a vehicle being operated without headlamps and with a flat tire.
