Murder: Trio Charged In Quintuple Jersey City Shooting Three men have been charged with murder in a 2020 shooting that wounded four men and left one dead in Jersey City, authorities said. Child Reunited With Mother After Abduction In Newark: Police A 3-year-old child is in stable condition after he was abducted in Newark on Tuesday, July 4, authorities said. At 9:03 a.m., police responded to Arlington Street at William Street, upon a report a man assaulting a woman and then stealing her car, while her 3-year-old child was inside, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. Coyote Attack, Sightings Close Two North Jersey Parks In the wake of a coyote attack and coyotes being spotted on the prowl, two North Jersey parks are closed to the public.
