The Williston Park teenager, age 16, was pulled over shortly before 2 a.m. on Tuesday, March 28, for numerous traffic infractions while driving west on Hillside Avenue near Willis Avenue, Nassau County Police said. When prompted to exit the vehicle, officers reportedly noticed a bulge in the teen's jacket pocket, which led to further investigation. 17-Year-Old Pulls Knife In School Fight, Injures 2 Other Long Island Girls, Police Say Two teen girls suffered minor injuries at the hands of a third girl after a verbal fight became physical at a Long Island high school. The incident happened just after 11 a.m. on Monday, March 27, at Uniondale High School, Nassau County Police said. Man Breaks Into Long Island Home, Attempts To Steal Appliances: Police A Long Island man has been accused of breaking into a home and attempting to steal appliances. The man, 23-year-old Daniel Rodriguez of Great Neck, was reportedly seen using a tool to break into an abandoned residence on Steamboat Road on Friday, March 24, Nassau County Police said.
