Lane Closure: Sprain Brook Parkway In Greenburgh To Be Affected A scheduled lane closure will soon affect a busy parkway in Westchester to make way for road work.  The closure, which will occur on Thursday, July 27, will affect one lane of the northbound Sprain Brook Parkway between Route 119 and Route 110C in Greenburgh, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.  The lane closure will last between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., officials said.
