No Fuel For Annoying ATVs, Dirt Bikes: Jersey City Mayor Illegal ATVs and dirt bikes have become a nuisance to residents, Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop said.  Fulop and two Jersey City City Councilwomen are proposing a new city ordinance that would prohibit gas stations from selling fuel to illegally operated dirt bikes and ATVs.
