Community Rallies Around Detective's Ailing Mother Jaber Jaber, a detective with the Guttenberg Police Department, is trying to help his mother anyway he can. Jaber recently found out his mother is ill and faces a long and expensive medical battle. A fundraiser has been organized by the Guttenberg PBA to assist the medical bills and allow her to get treatment she needs.  As of Tuesday, June 20, more than $9,000 has been raised.  "We want him to concentrate on helping his mother recover, not on medical bills," Andres Lozano, who helped organize the fundraiser said. Secaucus Man Busted For Child Porn: Police A 35-year-old Secaucus man was arrested and charged with viewing and uploading child pornography on Thursday, June 15, authorities said. Johan Marte Garteo was apprehended following a seven-month long investigation, where police determined he watched videos depicting children engaging in sexual acts, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said.
