Yorktown Teen Exposes Himself At Club Fit, Police Say A 16-year-old Yorktown resident was arrested and charged after police say he exposed himself to a patron in a lewd manner at Club Fit in Jefferson Valley on Wednesday. The teen, whose name is being withheld due to his eligibility for his youthful offender status, was charged with public lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor, and criminal trespass in the third degree, a Class B misdemeanor. On Friday, the teen came to Yorktown Police Department and was placed under arrest. He was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court on Oct. 26.
