Armonk-Based IBM Sees Revenues Decline Again IBM's slide is continuing.The company, which is headquartered in Armonk, saw revenue decline .4 percent, the 22nd consecutive quarter of year over year declines. Profits fell 4.5 percent to $2.73 billion. Despite the numbers, IBM's stock increased 5 percent in after-hours trading. IBM's stock has fallen 12 percent this year. A public hearing hosted by the Steering Committee will be held on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Hergenhan Recreation Center and the committee will hold another meeting on Nov. 9.
