Bethany Welch of Palmyra was in the passenger seat of a sedan involved in the crash with a commercial van and a tractor-trailer, the coroner announced the following afternoon. Joshua Allen Nicholl, 26, of Greencastle was "temporarily authorized" to go to the "outside doctor's appointment" from the Franklin County Jail on Aug. 9, according to the state police release. Boys DID NOT Have AR-15 Causing Central PA School To Lockdown: State Police Multiple callers to 911 claimed to see two boys with an AR-15 walking towards a school, but what Pennsylvania State Police discovered was a bit different.
