Man Hospitalized After Falling From Hotel Balcony On Long Island A man is recovering from serious injuries after falling from a hotel balcony on Long Island. It happened early Monday, May 23, in Hauppauge at the Hyatt Regency Long Island on Motor Parkway. Suffolk County Police said New Jersey resident Alexander Keating, age 24, of South Amboy in Middlesex County, was on a ninth-floor balcony at around 12:45 a.m. when he fell over a railing.
