Rensselaer County resident Sean Markham, age 41, of the town of Nassau, was arrested on multiple charges Wednesday, March 29, following an investigation by State Police. 41-Year-Old's Body Pulled From River In Capital Region The search for a missing 41-year-old man has ended in tragedy after his body was pulled from a river in the region. Emergency crews in Rensselaer County were called just after 4 p.m. Saturday, April 1, with reports that a kayaker had spotted a body floating in the Mohawk River, near Lions Park in Niskayuna, according to State Police. Long Island resident Toni Simmons, of Brookhaven, had last been seen on Saturday, April 1, in Medford, at the Comfort Inn located on Route 112, according to Suffolk County Police. Alert Issued For Missing Man From Capital Region Police are asking for help in locating a missing vulnerable adult from the region. David Bulka was last seen Sunday, March 26, in Saratoga Springs, near the Code Blue shelter on Adelphi Street, according to Saratoga Springs Police. Bulka is considered a vulnerable adult due to medical reasons, police said. He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and 150 pounds.
