A head-on collision in Berkshire County sent three people to the hospital Saturday, Aug 12, with one woman needing to be airlifted to save her life, authorities said. The woman accused of swerving into the wrong lane and killing a 77-year-old driver in Cheltenham last spring is now charged with DUI and homicide by vehicle, prosecutors announced. Kaitlyn Dilemmo, 32, was arrested early on Friday, Aug. 11, said the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. A woman was hurt when her car slammed into a firetruck on Tuesday, authorities announced on July 27, 2023.
