BMW Driver Who Caused Wrong-Way Route 4 Crash Found With Cocaine, Stolen Plates: Prosecutor A 24-year-old Queens, NY man is facing charges for a crash on Route 4 that left multiple people seriously injured Sunday night, Sept. 16. Emelio S. Lutchmansingh was heading east in the westbound lanes, in a 2004 BMW M3, when he struck a 2020 Jeep Compass head-on at River Road around 11:15 p.m., Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
